Looking back at 2023, the 26th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show was organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association, and jointly organized by the China Chamber of Commerce For Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce And Animal By-Products and the All China Bakery Association. International Pavilions and exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions made joint appearances, with 2,500 exhibitors and over 100,000 unique exhibits, covering an exhibition area of over 170,000 square meters.
